Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship via USPS.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons. We appreciate your patience!

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to us at neal@theflattopking.com and we'll work with you to make it right. We stand behind every order and want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience.

Other Vendors
