Griddle Goods was built by backyard cooks, for backyard cooks.

We’re Neal and Amy — the husband-and-wife team behind The Flat Top King and Pellets and Pits, where we share recipes, cooking tips, and outdoor grilling tutorials.

With Neal’s culinary background — including cooking in the United States Navy and working as a steakhouse chef — we’ve spent years helping backyard cooks make better food on grills, smokers, and flat top griddles.
