Orders ship out two days per week - Tuesday and Friday. Here's our shipping schedule:
- Orders placed Friday - Monday will ship out on Tuesday.
- Orders placed Tuesday - Thursday will ship out on Friday.

Shipping times vary by location, but once your order ships it should be to you within 3 to 6 business days. All orders ship from the Southeast US.

We do our very best to package all items securely. However, if for some reason your order arrives damaged please follow these steps:
- Take photos of the damaged package and your packing slip.
- Email the photos to neal@theflattopking.com
Damaged products will be replaced at no extra charge, but we may ask for additional information to assist us with quality control.
We are unable to cancel an order or change the shipping address after the order has been shipped. Please review your order and shipping information carefully.
Our all-purpose seasonings (Shake That and Spice That) contain milk.
All of our seasonings are manufactured in a plant that processes all major allergens including nuts, wheat, and dairy.
The manufacturer may use bioengineered food ingredients such as corn from genetically modified crops.
