When will my order ship?

Orders ship out two days per week - Tuesday and Friday. Here's our shipping schedule:

  • Orders placed Friday - Monday will ship out on Tuesday.
  • Orders placed Tuesday - Thursday will ship out on Friday.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location. Once your order ships, it should be in your mailbox within 3-5 business days.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We do our very best to package all items securely. However, if for some reason your order arrives damaged please follow these steps:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and your packing slip.

Damaged products will be replaced at no extra charge, but we may ask for additional information to assist us with quality control.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel an order or change the shipping address after the order has been placed.


Do your seasonings contain allergens?

Our all-purpose seasoning (Shake That All Purpose Seasoning) contains milk.

Both of our seasonings are manufactured in a plant that processes all major allergens including nuts, wheat, and dairy. The manufacturer may use bioengineered food ingredients such as corn from genetically modified crops.
